This has become one of our most sought after treatments due to the several benefits for the skin:

• Enhanced exfoliation:  the liquid peel, typically containing ingredients like alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta hydroxy acids (BHA’s), helps to exfoliate the skin by removing dead skin cells, unclogging pores, and promoting cell turnover.  This prepares the skin for better absorption of subsequent treatments.
• Improved Texture and Tone:  by removing the outer layer of dead skin cells, the liquid peel can help improve the texture and tone of the skin, making it smoother and more even in appearance.
• Reduced Pigmentation:  liquid peels containing ingredients like glycolic acid or salicylic acid can also help to reduce the appearance of pigmentation, such as sun spots or age spots, by exfoliating the outer layers of the skin where pigmented cells accumulate.
• Stimulated Collagen production:  IPL treatment uses intense pulsed light to target specific skin concerns such as sun damage, redness or pigmentation.  When used in conjunction with a liquid peel, IPL can stimulate collage production in the deeper layers of the skin, helping to improve overall skin texture and firmness.
• Faster recovery:  since the liquid peel helps to remove dead skin cells and promote skin renewal, it can also help to speed up the recovery process after IPL treatment, resulting in less downtime and quicker visible results.
